Mandel received advanced training at renowned medical institutions. Dr. Yeager completed his surgical residency and internship at the Mayo Clinic and Dr. Mandel completed fellowship training at the Columbia-Presbyterian College of Physicians and Surgeons.

 

Dr. Yeager has been in private practice in Savannah for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in surgical oncology, endocrine surgery (thyroid) and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Yeager is a member of the prestigious American Association of Endocrine Surgeons and Society of Surgical Oncology. Dr. Mandel is one of only a handful of surgeons in and around Savannah with fellowship training and extensive experience in laparoscopic (minimally invasive) surgery. He is a member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons and Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons.
